As writer, performer, engineer, and producer of almost the entire album, Jay has put together an honorable project. Some inexperience on the engineering side of musical creation comes through on a couple tracks, giving us reason to believe the best is still yet to come. The album is a step in the right direction and shows the growth of Jay's music. He still gives us the usual profound and thought-provoking lyrics. Once the kinks are ironed out, Jay could see mainstream impact, as the musical ability is there.

Jay's music has got some serious soul! Some of it brings me back to the good classic rock stuff I used to listen to growing up, but with a very energetic, modern flare. Good music with a great message poetically delivered.
